Robert Thomas is a principal of Varin Thomas LLC. His practice focuses on both personal and business tax issues, including estate and asset protecting planning, probate, trust administration, tax-exempt entities, choice of entity/business formations, and partnership and corporate tax law. He also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Idaho State Tax Commission. Prior to joining Varin Thomas LLC, Robert was a partner in the law firm of Hawley Troxell Ennis & Hawley LLP. Robert received his Juris doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law and his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Washington College of Law.
