TJ’s practice is dedicated to real estate and water rights, and his experience goes well beyond the traditional realm. He has participated in large-scale developments from Island Park to Bear Lake, was intimately involved in the Snake River Basin Adjudication, and has been heavily engaged in resolving monumental conflicts between surface and ground water users across the Snake River Plain.
He has argued cases before the Idaho Supreme Court, Idaho Department of Water Resources, United States Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency, and planning and zoning boards throughout eastern Idaho. The legal, historical, and practical insights gained from these and other unique experiences enable him to provide clear and cost-effective solutions to complex real estate and water right challenges that face our clients.
