Scott Campbell practices in the areas of water, environmental, administrative, energy, and agriculture (ranching and farming) law.  He has also handled matters involving real estate contract litigation, title insurance defense, municipal law, land development transactions, planning and zoning litigation, and legislative lobbying for several clients.  He is a frequent lecturer and writer on water resource and environmental topics.

Mr. Campbell has been an active member of the Legislative Committee of the Idaho Water Users Association since 1987 and has testified before committees of the Idaho Legislature on water resource issues on numerous occasions.  Mr. Campbell has also testified before subcommittees of the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives on water resource issues, including most recently, testimony before the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, Water and Power Subcommittee, oversight hearings on Bureau of Reclamation issues.
